On May 1st students at Mckamy Middle School will take a Civil War video conference tour. Our goal will be to video conference with experts from different sites associated with the Civil War. We hope to discuss causes and effects of the U.S. Civil War, along with the Reconstruction period. We will also speak with experts on how our local area of Denton County, and the state of Texas was involved and affected.
